Refund & Withdrawal Policy

A one-time purchase of a digital QR kit: 108 ready-to-use print and social assets generated from your own QR destination and design settings. Price: US$14.90, one-time, incl. any applicable VAT. No subscription, no recurring charges. Delivery is a download link sent to your email address.

As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right expires as soon as we start performance — provided you expressly consented to the immediate start and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (6) BGB). We ask for exactly that consent with a separate, unticked checkbox at checkout.

If you do not tick that box, you cannot complete the purchase, because we cannot deliver the files instantly without it. If you have not yet started generation or download, contact us and we will handle your withdrawal.

Use the withdrawal form (electronic withdrawal function) or send us an unambiguous statement by email to contact@domu.studio. You receive a confirmation of receipt by email. Where a withdrawal is valid, we refund the full amount using the same payment method, without undue delay and within 14 days.

Your personal download link stays valid so you can re-download your kit at any time within the period stated at checkout and in your email (at least 12 months). If your link does not work, files are corrupted or your email never arrived, contact us — we re-send or re-generate your kit free of charge. Always check your spam folder first; delivery emails frequently land there.

Even where the withdrawal right has expired, we grant a refund at our discretion if we could not deliver a usable kit — for example a technical failure on our side that we cannot fix. Refunds are not granted because you entered a wrong QR destination, chose colours you later dislike, or no longer need the files; in those cases we are happy to help you regenerate a corrected kit.
